Glamora Supplier Code of Conduct

At Glamora, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness, and transparency. This commitment extends to every link in our supply chain. We expect our suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and partners to uphold the same standards by operating in a socially responsible and ethical manner.
This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum requirements we expect from all suppliers doing business with Glamora. Compliance with this Code is a condition of doing business with our brand.
1. Ethical Labour Practices
1.1 Forced Labour and Human Trafficking
Suppliers must not use any form of forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labour. All work must be voluntary, and workers must be free to leave their employment upon reasonable notice. Participation in or benefit from human trafficking is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Child Labour
Suppliers must not employ individuals below the legal minimum working age of their country, and in no case below the age of 15. Work must not interfere with a child’s education, health, or development.
1.3 Wages and Benefits
Suppliers must pay workers at least the minimum wage required by local laws, including overtime premiums. All legally mandated benefits must be provided, and wages must be paid in a timely, transparent manner.
1.4 Working Hours
Working hours must comply with applicable laws. Overtime must be voluntary and fairly compensated. Workers are entitled to at least one rest day in every seven-day period.
1.5 Freedom of Association
Suppliers must respect the rights of workers to freely associate, join trade unions, and collectively bargain in accordance with local laws.
2. Health and Safety
Suppliers must provide a safe and hygienic working environment that complies with all relevant laws and standards. This includes:

3. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must comply with applicable environmental laws and demonstrate a commitment to minimising environmental impact. Expectations include:

Avoiding the use of environmentally harmful substances

Promoting sustainable sourcing practices
4. Business Integrity
4.1 Anti-Corruption
Bribery, extortion, and embezzlement in any form are strictly prohibited. Suppliers must not offer or accept bribes or other means of obtaining undue or improper advantage.
4.2 Transparency
All records and documentation must be accurate and truthful. Suppliers are expected to maintain open communication and report any suspected breaches of this Code to Glamora.
4.3 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Suppliers must respect Glamora’s intellectual property and confidential business information. All product designs, materials, and production details must remain confidential and be used solely for Glamora’s business purposes.
5. Monitoring and Compliance
Glamora reserves the right to assess and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with this Code. This may include on-site inspections and review of relevant documents. Suppliers must maintain records and cooperate fully in any evaluation process.
Non-compliance may result in remediation plans, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.
